I know I am old because I remember the good days of Nickelodeon. I don’t watch stuff with nostalgia glasses, but Nick has fallen a lot.

It has been awhile since I’ve watched Nick. What’s changed?

Many bad sitcoms, spongebob becoming flanderized with patrick being an ass and squidward being victim of gory torture, no good action animated series happening in years, and the only good show is The Loud House.

I need to check out The Loud House. It is a shame when a channel loses its way. I grew up with MTV and over the years saw it go from music video powerhouse to edgy original content producer (remember Aeon Flux and The Head?) to TRL to whatever is happening now.

Not only do I remember Aeon Flux (which I loved), but they also had The Maxx. I had to go out and acquire every single issue the moment I found out it was a comic first. Still have my glow-in-the-dark-cover of #1. Watching MTV, Nick, etc. slide into less-entertaining directions was a factor in giving up TV entirely.
